Europapier Dunav has finalized the acquisition of Hygiene Pro Team Company

Significant step in the expansion of the Europapier Group business activities in the Hygiene sector in the Central & East Europe.

Belgrade, 09 January 2023. Europapier Dunav d.o.o., wholesale of paper, packaging material, visual communication material, hygiene and cleaning products acquired Hygiene Pro Team, with a wide range of products, focusing on premium trademarks, with an experienced team and geographical coverage of a greater part of Serbia.
 
With its accelerated development in the past few year, Europapier Dunav has become a significant stakeholder in the market of professional hygiene products and will with the latest acquisition become the market leader in this segment of business and open for further dynamic development in the coming years.

As of 1st of March 2023 Hygiene Europapier Dunav and Hygiene Pro Team will operate jointly as one legal entity – Hygiene Pro Team (a part of Europapier Group) from the existing location – 47e, Vinogradska Street. All hygiene products buyers of Europapier Dunav, will be serviced through Hygiene Pro Team.
 
Europapier Dunav will continue its business operations regularly as a separate legal entity in all other segments of its activity.
