Sustainability commitment awarded

Heinzelpaper Laakirchen was awarded the Silver Medal in the EcoVadis rating.
 
This places Laakirchen among the top 15% of over 100,000 companies evaluated by EcoVadis for their sustainability performance.
 
The assessment covers areas such as the environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable sourcing. Compared to the previous year, we were able to significantly improve our performance, particularly in the areas of ethics and sustainable sourcing. Despite the increased rating criteria, we significantly improved our overall result, but narrowly missed the Gold Medal.
