Moderne Verpackung Hoffmann GmbH, subsidiary of Europapier, acquires business of Oskar Eder Verpackungstechnik GmbH

Moderne Verpackung Hoffmann GmbH (MVH), a subsidiary of Europapier International AG, both members of the Heinzel Group, and Oskar Eder Verpackungstechnik GmbH (OE) signed an agreement on September 26, 2020 that certain assets of OE will be transferred to MVH as of October 1st. This concerns the entire customer and supplier lists as well as the inventory.
 
For MVH this acquisition is a further step in strengthening its leading position as packaging merchant in Austria and South of Germany and it will increase MVH’s customer portfolio.
 
As of October 1st, 2020, step by step, all customers of OE will be transferred to MVH and will be supplied and serviced from MVH Jeging location. In addition, customers of OE will benefit from the larger assortment of MVH. All contracts of OE with customers and suppliers before the transition date will be still handled at the unchanged service quality via OE.
