MANAGERIAL CHANGE AT Heinzel Holding GMBH
Vienna, May 10, 2012 – Heinrich Georg Stahl, the long-serving Heinzel Holding GmbH CFO, is transferring to the EMACS Privatstiftung, where he will assist investment activities in the areas of agriculture, energy generation and leasing. As from August 1, 2012, M. Stahl’s successor as the Heinzel Holding GmbH CFO will be the Estonian-born Riia Sillave.
Both during and after her business administration studies at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, Ms Sillave, née Ratnik, worked as a controller at Webasto Thermosysteme Int. GmbH. In 2004, she then joined the Heinzel Group, where as the AS Estonian Cell CFO, she has made a major contribution to the build-up of the pulp mill in Kunda, which has been operating successfully for the past five years. Riia Sillave is 38, married and the mother of two children.
