Heinzel Holding GmbH to appoint a new CFO

On 1 September 2017, Riia Sillave is to hand over her position as the Heinzel Holding GmbH CFO to Barbara Potisk-Eibensteiner, who until now was the CFO of RHI.

Ms Sillave has been active in an operative capacity for the Heinzel Group for a total of 13 years. Initially, she served as the CFO of the Estonian Cell pulp plant, where she played a major role in the company’s build-up. Then in 2012, the native Estonian became the Heinzel Holding CFO. Following her departure from group management, Ms Sillave will join the executive board of the EMACS Private Trust and in this function be elected to the Heinzel Holding’s Supervisory Board.
 
Ms Sillave: “The planned three years in Vienna have become five, during which I was able to accompany important steps leading to Heinzel Group growth. However, now my family and I feel the need to return to our Estonian homeland.

Having obtained a degree in business management, Barbara Potisk-Eibensteiner served as an investment banker at Creditanstalt AG before heading the Böhler-Uddeholm Group Treasury for twelve years. In 2007, Ms Potisk-Eibensteiner moved to RHI, where in 2012 she was appointed to the executive board as the company CFO.
